Chocolate filled, fruit filled, or just a traditional French croissant, we spent a week at the esteemed San Francisco Baking Institute learning the art of the croissant. Now, you don’t have to go to France to taste one of the ultimate baked treats.
If you can’t eat them all when you get them home, put them in the freezer. Take them out 30 minutes before you want them, throw them in a warm toaster oven for a minute, and they’ll be almost as good as fresh. Never, ever, microwave them.
